Behshad was great!

My outdoor AC unit stopped working, so I looked on Yelp and found South County Air Services. They had great reviews. I called on a Thursday around 1:00PM and got a voice mail. I left a message and Behshad called me back within a couple minutes. He was very nice on the phone and said he had another appointment at 2:00PM and would head to my house after. I was shocked and very happy he was able to fit me in so quickly. He called around 4:00PM to let me know he was on his way. Great customer service!

Once he got to my house he first tested the main dual 40amp fuses, which were fine, then he pulled the side panel off my AC unit. He pressed a magical button inside the panel and BAM, my AC turned on and was working perfectly again. He also checked the Freon pressure, which was good. 🙂 What a quick and painless fix!

I then told him I have a problem with the Heater units inside my house as well. He said “no problem, let’s check them out”. I have a dual AC/Heater central air system (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs). The pilot lights on both Heater units would not stay lit. He tested both and found the gas pressure was not strong enough (coming from the street). He said I needed to call the gas company and have them come out to test the pressure.

I highly recommend Behshad and South County Air Services. He was super nice, very efficient, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or try to fix something that didn’t need fixing. Very honest great guy!
