This review is long overdue. Behshad originally came out two weeks ago to fix my HVAC condenser that needed to be replaced. I did some research and South County Air Services was priced reasonably well compared to its competition. In addition, I asked Behshad if he charges more during the hot summer months compared to the winter months and he said “No”. Behshad said, he always charges the same fair price which was music to my ears.

Today, my HVAC went out again. This time it was a fuse in the attic which was a quick 5-minute fix. Instead of him charging me his $49 evaluation fee, Behshad only charged me $20 which went a long way for me. He told me it was only a $0.50 part. Another thing that did it for me was that Behshad remembered my name when he greeted me.
